Ryan supported us in the redevelopment of the website by acting as the developer, but also by acting as a coach. He helped us think through what the user experience might be like, how we could better support our members and participants, and better reflect our organization. He was really thorough in his feedback and also created many pathways for me and the staff to provide feedback about the website. He worked in a relational way and it felt like Ryan became a core team member while he was working on the project.
